  • How do you stay in shape?
    • Well unfortunately this is no magic pill. I am consistent with my meals and healthy eating but also enjoy myself on the weekends. I put my time in for cardio and workouts. I keep myself active through each season with snow skiing/boarding, water skiing, wake boarding, bike rides, outside workouts etc.
  • What is your fitness philosophy?
    • Clear your mind of can't and always follow your dreams, don't wish for them, make them come true
  • Why are you a personal trainer?
    • I love motivating and push people to reach their goals. It's amazing to watch someone not only change physically but mentally and is truly rewarding when you have people text you with excitement on how they "never thought they would have abs again" or "can't believe I fit into my jeans from years ago" or even " I have so much energy now".
  • List your accomplishments:
    • 1st, 2nd and 5th place in first figure show 2008
    • 1st, 2nd, and 4th place in figure shows in 2010
    • Complete body transformation in 2012 for bikini shows
    • Survived first Crossfit competition in 2013
    • Max back squat 235, max front squat 205
    • Associates degree in applied nutrition
    • CPR certified
    • AFPA certified
    • In final semester of nursing school. Graduation date may 2015!!

  • If you could have any super power what would it be?
    • Teleporting
  • What is your favorite work out song?
    • That's a hard choice there are many, I love anything BeyoncĂ©, 2000s music, anything upbeat to get me going in my workout.
  • What is your favorite exercise?
    • Squats. Keep it bootylicious
  • What is your favorite healthy snack?
    • Peanut butter everything
  • If you were stranded on a lonely beach, what five things would you want to have with you?
    • A water filter, Mac lip conditioner, spf, machete and cell phone for selfies
  • If you try to fail, and succeed, which have you done?
    • Never set yourself up for failure. Always keep a positive mind and you will have positive outcomes.
