    • 3rd Place NPC Master Nationals 2009
    • 4th Place NPC Nationals 2010
    • I am an "ELITE" Level Powerlifter, and hold several placings on the All-Time Top 20 Powerlifting Rankings in the 148lb, 165lb and 181lb Divisions.

  • If you could have any super power what would it be?
    • I have super powers, but If I tell you they are it will cancel them out.
  • What is your favorite work out song?
    • Anything Metal and Loud!
  • What is your favorite exercise?
    • Squats, the heavier the better !!!
  • What is your favorite healthy snack?
    • Almonds and Raisins mixed
  • If you were stranded on a lonely beach, what five things would you want to have with you?
    • Suntan lotion, a towel, a cooler filled with wine and Gatorade, and a piloted helicopter so I can get off the lonely beach when I wanted to.
